County Parking Lot 18 entry/exit on GRAND AVENUE-NORTHBOUND SIDE (Hall of Administration & Superior Court side) will revert back to 24/7 access.

 

 

Pedestrian Access:

To the Hall of Administration:
Use entrances at 225 N. Hill St., 500 W. Temple St. & 222 Grand Ave.

To Stanley Mosk Superior Court Bldg: Use entrances at 111 N. Hill St. & 110 N. Grand Ave.

Foltz Criminal Court Center: Use entrance at 210 W. Temple St. (ONLY)

Mall access from Grand or Hill Streets is closed. Follow signs inside the Hall of Administration or Superior Court Buildings to access the Mall or Starbucks. (click here for map)
